The CNSX Application and Agreement is for firms applying to become a new CNSX Dealer. The original copy must be sent in to CNSX.

The Market Making Application and Trader Application forms are for use by approved CNSX Dealers. They may be faxed in to CNSX at 416-572-4160.

CNSX Approved Traders may apply to CNSX to become a Market Maker for any number of CNSX Issuer securities. Simply download the PDF form and fax it in. A separate market maker form must be filled out for each CNSX Security. Applications will be processed within 24 hours. There may be more than one market maker on CNSX Issuer securities.
